1" wide nylon, black plastic hardware, side release snap, and stainless steel leash/tag attachment. Grosgrain ribbon is sewn on nylon. Machine washable. Hang to dry. 
 
***Flowers are removable. *** Do not wash flowers. 
Flower and ruffle are treated to prevent fraying. If they start to fray, it's an easy fix.  Cut off the frayed threads. Put a thin layer of glue or no-fray treatment on the area, or take a lighter and LIGHTLY go over the pulled area.
